The crane operator and tree climbers did a terrific job removing a difficult tree that was dying, close to the structure, on a steep hill and overhanging our roof. To complete the job safely was a miracle! Scheduling was initially frustrating due to communication issues and misunderstandings about our timeline, but when I complained about the delay, Adam called me immediately to remedy the issue and ensure we were happy. The company is growing quickly and improving their admin processes, which I'm glad to hear, because the tree work is impressive. We really appreciate Adam's customer service.

We had two massive pines and one huge, sweet gum tree that were looming over our house in the back yard. We contacted these people when a tree from our yard fell on our neighbors fence while we were out of town. While they showed up on time and cut the tree getting them to remove the tree and clean up was a hassle. They left the remains of the tree on not one but both of our adjoining neighbors lawns for a full week. Every time we would call we would get a different excuse. It was a schedule error. Then their truck broke down. They finally got around to it after 4 days of calling every day while we were on the road but our neighbors were understandably upset with the unnecessary damage to their lawns from having large logs sit around on their grass long after the job was supposed to be finished. Not to mention some of the wood wound up in the street causing traffic problems. They still charged us full price.

I had some trees that needed trimming, and I called 3 different companies and only Easy Tree Services returned my call. Pedro came out and gave me a reasonable rate and showed up on day as scheduled. Do not use this company, Charles Young is refusing to give my 86 year old mother-in-law an itemized statement of his work. Without the statement she cannot file a claim to get her money from insurance that she paid him.

This company is dedicated to ALABAMA POWER.I have use this company three times prior to this one "no problems" My appointment was change three time. I had to contact them they didn't contact me. Once you sign the contract they will move you around to their convenient time.
