We contacted these people when a tree from our yard fell on our neighbors fence while we were out of town. While they showed up on time and cut the tree getting them to remove the tree and clean up was a hassle. They left the remains of the tree on not one but both of our adjoining neighbors lawns for a full week. Every time we would call we would get a different excuse. It was a schedule error. Then their truck broke down. They finally got around to it after 4 days of calling every day while we were on the road but our neighbors were understandably upset with the unnecessary damage to their lawns from having large logs sit around on their grass long after the job was supposed to be finished. Not to mention some of the wood wound up in the street causing traffic problems. They still charged us full price.

I used this tree trimming company to remove numerous limbs from hanging over my property and my swimming pool, while I cannot take anything away from the manner in which the job was performed, I must say that this job was completed on Monday which was the 10th and my birthday was on Friday which was the 14th,, my disappointment is aligned with the removal of all the trees in my yard, it is once again Monday and all of the trees limbs are still in my yard, needless to say that I am very disappointed that I had to spend my entire birthday weekend, all the family events and get togethers with all of these tree limbs in my yard, so many that both sides of my yard are full of tree limbs. I'm darn near at the point of devastation and for some reason I cannot get this situation resolved, apparently I'm going to have to pay for that myself. They told me what the service would cost and I paid them, now I'm regretting this decision to go with this company.
