Fay-Ark Lawn Company spent 2 days transforming my pool yard and back berms from pulling everything out to create a clean slate to installing all new plant material, mulch, and stone. They did an exceptional job! I cannot say enough about Lucas, Trace, and Colt. They were meticulous, extremely hardworking and cleaned up everything as they moved along on the project. They delivered a world-class customer experience. Plus they are just great guys!
My cat was on day 3 of being at the top of a tree one of those days being heavy rain and another on the way if he wasn't rescued when he was. These amazing men came to our rescue. Chad went about and beyond getting my cat down safely and made such a hard job look easy. I can't put into words how much I appreciate all they've done. (Tiny) is now getting some much needed rest

We received a free estimate for cutting down trees in our yard that were damaged from the recent tornado. The trees were not in an easy area to get to. The estimated price is what we were charged and was VERY reasonable! The guys are excellent! They did a great job! They are completely professional and understood the job. They have the right tools to do the job!β¦very impressive!
The folks at tree climbers are the best. They just took down a very old, large elm on our property that was damaged from the ice storm of 2009. The owner has been out several times and as a master arborist is very conservative until itβs really time for the tree to come down. The guys even made a few extra cuts to leave a bench for me instead of just a stump as the tree meant a lot to us. They are a well oiled machine to watch in action; pretty incredible to see all the ropes and how they work together to gently lay giant pieces down without harming anything around it. would highly recommend them.
We have used them three times for jobs at our parents house and have always been professional and prompt in getting the tree trimming work done. Excellent job even at cleaning up the tree debris. We can recommend Stonewall Tree Service Fayetteville AR.
Sam was 3Β½ hours late without notification, stoned on pot, I had to supply mixed fuel for his chainsaw which he broke when it fell out of his bucket while he was showing off. I also loaned him my chainsaw tool to put the chain back on saw, then when he pulled the cord to start it, the cord did not retract. He decided the saw was broken & needed to go home to get another one. So it was another 1Β½+ hour wait, (his house is only minutes from mine). When I asked if he was going to get the other 2 dead limbs out of the tree he argued they didn't belong to the that tree, then he that couldn't see said limbs, he then described the limbs, & again said he couldn't see them & that I needed to go to the the other side of the house & show him. He was so high on pot & so proud of how great he is it was beyond irritating. Finally he agreed to take down the limbs with a rope & my tractor crashing it through an electric line that feeds my security light. He finally got back in the bucket & halfa$$ed cut part of the other limb. He did not & refused to trim tree as discussed/agreed upon when he gave the estimate. Will I use this service again I pray to God I don't have too. Would I recommend him I would recommend his customer has gas, tools, tractor w/bucket, a saw of their own, plenty of time to waste & a lot of patience to deal with an arrogant, egotistical pothead π€£π€£π€£. I noticed he had great reviews a year ago, he may have been good last year, sadly he is now someone I would like to buy for what he's actually worth & sell him for what he thinks he's worth, that would net more money than winning the lottery π€π€π€
