5 star all the way. Went above and beyond to come and get moo moo out of the tree within the hour. We searched all night and morning for her. She was up higher than animal control ever saw a cat. Went nice and smooth and than he cut some tree limbs in the front yard while he was there. Cannot thank you enough.
