Absolutely phenomenal experience with AAA Tree Service in Dover, Delaware! Referred to me by a trusted individual, I was eager to see if they lived up to the high praise—and they did, in spades! From the get-go, their team was prompt, attentive, and fully understood my vision. Over just two days, they expertly removed six towering 70-foot trees, meticulously cutting the logs into manageable 16-inch pieces for future firewood.

I am a very particular person. We had another tree company come to cut down a tree last year. It was a nightmare along with a damaged fence. I am older and just don’t have the energy to argue with people that don’t do their job. Pro cut was professional, and definitely knew what they were doing. One tree was between 2 houses that were close together. NO DAMAGE to roofs fences or anything. The other tree was huge and right next to my husbands new shed. Again no damage. The spent 12 hours working on these trees. The way they cut the branches and hedge trunk was the most professional job I’ve ever seen. They are licensed,insured and certified.. all paperwork was given to us. Clean up was perfect, no mess left. Now, about price- they are extremely reasonable. Thank you pro cut.

I hired AD (Marvin) tj remove a large tree from my back yard , as it was starting to lean towards the house . Best move I’ve ever made ! He was the lowest out of 3 estimates . He arrived on time , prepped and protected my yard , was EXTREMELY professional , informative, knowledgeable and experienced . Tree removal was done in 2 1/2 hours ! I couldn’t believe it ! He and his crew member cleaned up my yard and my neighbors yard and it looked like he’d never been here . The neighbor even complimented him !!! Give him a call , I promise , you won’t be sorry !

Wonderful experience, highly recommend!!! Quick, responsive, very professional. They were able to grind my stumps same day everything was cut (usually it’s a 2nd visit process) they were very efficient. I will definitely be using them again. The crew was nice and cleaned up everything plus more than I expected.

I called to have some wild cherry trees cut down that were messing up a boundary fence. Hank came over within a couple of hours, and gave me a quote on the spot (and via email). I removed the fence panels, and they were there the next week at 7AM, removed both clusters of trees, ground all of the stumps (plus an old one in my yard), and cleaned up both yards so they looked as good as new. All trees were chipped "on-site", and they removed all of the chips from the yards using lawn blowers, etc.

We reached out to Palacios to remove some branches of a tree and knew we made the right choice. Quick to respond, friendly, helpful, and were able to get us on the schedule quickly.
