This company helped several of my neighbors with downed trees after a severe windstorm in January. They seemed happy with their work so I decided to call and get an estimate for some tree removals on our property. They were fairly quick to come out and look and give us a quote and scheduled a day within the week to come out and do the work. Several of our trees were very large and required climbing to top them. I was very impressed with the skill level of the team of workers! The guy they had hired to do the stump grinding couldn’t stay as long as needed, snd we were told they’d have to come back another day to finish up. They requested payment and swore they’d be back to finish the job. Several days went by and I heard one excuse after another why they couldn’t make it out. Then we were told their own grinder needed a new starter and that as soon as that order came in they’d be out. Today is the day the starter was supposed to be here and now I can’t get an answer to text or to calls!

After getting several estimates, Joshua gave me a fair price. Zach and the work crew did a great job. They got a 60’ elm tree down in just a few hours. Their teamwork was something to watch! These are hardworking guys! When they were finished, they picked up every branch and raked all debris. They put back all patio furniture and blew the sawdust away. You’ll be happy with their work!

Complete Tree Care did a great job removing our dead 60 foot tree. Lauren was wonderful handling my request. The estimate was done quickly and easily. Once the permit was granted, scheduling was prompt. The crew arrived as scheduled. James was very professional and knowledgeable. The 4 man crew carefully removed the tree in sections to ensure no damage to the home or nearby plantings. They removed the stump and all that is left is a perfectly rectangular level spot where the tree once stood. They even raked up the tiny branches and pine cones. Wish I could give no stars or negative, because they definitely do not deserve any stars related to their customer service and quality. We have a place in Tall Pines Campground, Lewes Del. We had a tree that needed to be removed due to potential damage to our camper. We were told by the campground that we need to use their “preferred contractor”. We were told that they would be bringing in a crane to remove the tree and that we needed to pay in advance and they will get to us when their schedule allows.
