His crew arrived promptly, my Bismarck is beautiful again, Bird Of Paradise is history. Crew was thorough & professional. State of the art remote-control grinder was impressive. I had a beautiful tree that I love so much that I really didn’t want to have taken down but the roots were growing under the house so it had to be removed. The tree was huge and I loved it so much. After the tree was removed there was an issue with the huge root system but Jordan quickly resolved the issue and I really appreciated his quick response and his dedication to make sure that I was happy with his service. He kept constant communication with me during the process sending me photos as I was unable to be there when the work was being done. He was also sensitive to the fact that I lived the tree and was sad to see it go.
