Tri State deserves ZERO stars! This company is irresponsible, dishonest, and took advantage of an elderly African American woman. They did an okay job taking down a big the tree but they left cut up pieces of wood all over the back yard. They've lied about coming to clean up their mess on multiple occasions, and don't return phone calls.

Love this company! Was able to get a water oak removed from beside out house, and get the yard cleaned up some. They even were able to clear out our front fence so it was no longer dangerous for anyone leaving our yard or even just driving by with the over growth! The house is looking so much better and feeling safer with that tree gone!

I can’t say enough great things about this company! I was required by my insurance company to have limbs taken off some trees that were leaning towards the roof of my home and a tree had to be removed. I also had other trees needing work.

This is the third time that we've hired GT Tree Service to remove a problem tree for us. This time we had a large water oak die after being hit by lightening, and It was in an awkward place - up against a privacy fence in a crowded back corner of our lot. They were able to get their equipment to it and remove the tree without doing any damage to either our, or our neighbor's property. Importantly, they were able to do the job that same week As usual, their crew was fast, courteous, and cleaned up extremely well after the job. Over the years we've hired tree services at least six times, but the last three times have all been with GT Tree Service, their bids have always been low and they have always done an outstanding job. They are a Milton company but they have no problem with coming to our house in West Pensacola.

Mike did an excellent job removing a large tree from our backyard. He cleaned up debris quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend.
