Customer Reviews for Gulf Coast Trees Inc.

Kevin Considine ★★★★★

I got several quotes for the work I needed done. I read the reviews, compared etc. and chose Gulf Coast Trees....I did that legwork for you! Without a doubt Tony and his team are on point and true pros. Everything I asked for was completed to my satisfaction....they trim, remove, haul, etc. The stump grinding was a third party and he was a no call-no show once...(equipment issues), but once he showed up, work was completed. Tony talks fast so you have to slow him down a Lil to make sure nothing is overlooked, and as long as your out there in the yard for the work being done, there should be no problem at all. I gave 4 stars merely for the no call-no show on the third party stump grinder(that Gulf Coast hired).

Rob came over, and I showed which tree limbs I wanted removed. The day of the job, his employee removed just one of the limbs I wanted done. Unfortunately, my wife was home, and I wasn't. So, I couldn't see if the job was done right. I communicated to Rob that not all of the branches were taken down and he assured me they would come back out and make it right. During the back and forth conversation, he advised me that one of his lifts, which is much larger, is out of service. So I had to go by this with no time frame set and wait.

Mike came within a week of contacting them for an estimate. He was very respectful and went through what the plans would be to trim my extremely large oak tree. He explained what would be done and why and what the final product would look like. I was very impressed. A date was set for the crew to come and trim the tree which took 1.5 days. They were very professional and respectful to me, my neighbors and my yard. They answered all my questions and asked me to look at it to make sure I was happy with the job. Trees like this are not cheap to trim and personally I didn't feel that the price was bad for the job I got. I highly recommend them for any job.

Dave is a very nice guy. He has two professional and hardworking crews . Their price is quite reasonable. They will clean the site well after the job is done. We used this company four times and referred them to my neighbors. Strongly recommend you contact them if you have tree cutting needs.

Our neighbor and I decided it was time to remove 2 huge oaks, one on each property. Bradley and his crew were very careful, professional, and kind. The heat index was through the roof and these guys kept at it. Some drama with the neighbor and his sprinkler, but Bradley had an irrigation expert come out and rectify the problem. This was no small task and the team did great! Thanks!!!!
