Very appreciative of Independent sending out a crew quickly to take down this tree limb that was caught in a dead vine and hanging by a thread over our back yard and lanai. Certainly would have caused damage and possibly hurt someone if it had fallen on its own. Guys were polite, and worked quickly. Done in 20 mins and cleaned everything up nicely! Extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with this company and their work. I would not recommend them, they do not take accountability along with a lack professionalism and no quality workmanship. In the wake of their work they ruined 5 of my sprinklers, created deep divots from machines in my back yard that were not fixed and leveled. Showed up with less materials than agreed on in the quote and needed leaving me to spend more money to fix and complete the job they agreed to do.

Arbor Bay Inc. was such a pleasure to work with to get my house ready for hurricane season! They were prompt and responsive, assessing my property within a day of contacting them. In addition, they were knowledgeable about the tree species and their health issues, and made great recommendations for how to stabilize these old trees. Arbor Bay worked quickly through the permitting process and had me scheduled for tree work within 2 weeks of our initial contact.

Jesse and his team did another great job. We had a Fishtail Palm that had over grown its space and needed to be removed. They took excellent care in removing part of the fence panel, blocking off the sidewalk and controlling traffic on a pretty busy street. They were able to grind the stump up with minimal disruption to our pavers. We have used Sunrise several times for tree trimming, including our Oaks, and they are always prompt, curious and efficient. I highly recommend them for your tree needs. Thanks again guys!

I got several quotes for the work I needed done. I read the reviews, compared etc. and chose Gulf Coast Trees....I did that legwork for you! Without a doubt Tony and his team are on point and true pros. Everything I asked for was completed to my satisfaction....they trim, remove, haul, etc. The stump grinding was a third party and he was a no call-no show once...(equipment issues), but once he showed up, work was completed. Tony talks fast so you have to slow him down a Lil to make sure nothing is overlooked, and as long as your out there in the yard for the work being done, there should be no problem at all. I gave 4 stars merely for the no call-no show on the third party stump grinder(that Gulf Coast hired).

I had a large tree in my front yard that needed to be trimmed after a large branch fell and nearly landed on my house. Toby and his crew did an excellent job and were extremely professional throughout the entire process. Toby was very knowledgeable, which gave me confidence that the job would be done right. This man is a legend! These guys did an amazing job, gave us a great deal. Happy to give them a little extra. Really really great tree service guys. I will totally be hiring them again.
