Mitchell and his crew were fabulous! He was prompt to respond and gave us a fair quote. Their work was commendable. They cleaned everything up better then we could have hoped for. Very professionable. I would strongly recommend them and will use they again if needed.

Not only was their work perfection, they cleaned up every single branch/leaf from the yard once job was completed and kept us informed every step of the way. Here was my experience with Arbor Authority. I had a 20ft tree in my front yard which I believe was dying. I called 3-4 different tree services... Arbor Authority was the ONLY one to call me back and they did so in 24 hrs from me leaving my message. Mike came out to my property to have a look promptly and confirmed the tree was dying and could not be saved. He recommend replacement and offered options of different trees. We decided to go with a similar tree. He also recommended my tree bed be made larger to foster better growth. Arbor Authority gave me a VERY FAIR and low cost for the work to remove my existing tree, grind the stump, enlarge my bed, and plant a new 30 gallon tree. I was advised they would do the work in about 2 weeks. 6 Days later I got a call from Jay saying they would like to do the work that day, which was great! Jay and his crew came out later that afternoon and removed my dying tree in 20 minutes time. Jay advised he would be back in the morning to grind the stump, expand the bed, and plant the new tree. Next day, 8am they arrived and did as promised! GREAT EXPEREINCE with this company all around. HIGHLY recommended for any type of tree service!!!
