I don't understand how this company has any good reviews. The management in my neighborhood uses this company to remove trees. Every time they come out, they never clean up. They leave behind branches, tear up the yards leaving holes with their tractors and they have broken items in backyards. On the most recent visit they were supposed to cut down one tree. They ended up cutting down a patch of smaller trees on the opposite side of the yard, which has eliminated all shade and now the back of my house gets very hot. Am I a tree expert No. of course not, but on a previous visit they were able to drive a large tractor behind our houses to take down some other trees. They were right behind the newest tree that they took down and there was plenty of room for them to cut that tree without cutting down the smaller trees. in addition to cutting those other trees down, they left a very large, thick root sticking up out of the ground that a person could easily trip over! I'm adding this company to the ever growing list of companies that do not take pride in their work. Their employees are butchers that just enjoy cutting trees. I'm sure they would not want their yards trashed, but I guess they're ok doing that to the customers.

Recently had a tree fall that was very dangerously leaning onto another tree. Jimmy came out and gave me the best quote of many contractors. He also identified another tree that was at risk of falling. His first availability was two days out, knowing I was a nervous wreck with that tree barely hanging on, he was able to get a crew to my house at 8am the next morning. We had another storm that came through that night and the tree he identified as at risk fell. Morning of I asked for all trees at risk to be removed. He identified 6 in total and his price still beat any other quotes for the single tree. His crew was extremely diligent in removing the tree safely that was hanging into my neighbors yard. Cleaned up all debris, even debris blown onto my roof from the storms. They were knowledgeable and kind. I would recommend this company to my family and best friends!
Jimmy from Tree surgeon Atlanta came out and gave us the best quote out of the six companies we had come out to give estimates. They also completed the job for us within a day when everyone else said it would take at least two. They didn't tear up our whole back yard like everyone else wanted to either. We had three large pines taken down right over our house, a trim on our large oak out front, and two other large pines down on the other side of our driveway. The crew was respectful of our space and we enjoyed talking with them. I would definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone who needs trees down or trimmed.
Tree Surgeon Atlanta did an excellent job at our church, CBBF, at 4468 Redan Road, Stone Mountain, GA. Jimmy and his crew arrived to take down over 20 trees, remove them, and grind the stumps. They provided excellent communication, showed genuine care for their clients, and offered all this at a very affordable price. I am incredibly pleased with their service. They will be our go-to for any future work, and I will be referring everyone to them. Don't hesitate to call them - their service is unbeatable!

Had numerous trees down due to storm. (1 large one hit the house and covered the entire roof). This was a tremendous mess in the entire front yard, but Monster Tree Service had all trees removed and cleaned up in less than a week. Kudos to Jackie, Bill and the entire Monster crew!!!
