I called Timber Valley Tree Co. in a panic as my cat, Fez, was stuck over 100ft up in a pine tree. He had been missing for several days and we had found him late at night by using a flashlight. Timber Valley Tree Co. was not only responsive, but extremely empathetic and understanding of the situation. They adjusted their schedule that night so they could drive over first thing in the morning to Sandpoint to get Fez out of the tree. We worked with Sam and he did a fantastic job! He walked me through the removal process so there were clear expectations. Sam also made sure to confirm what Fez would/would not be comfortable with to ensure he was as safe as possible. Sam arrived promptly at 7:30am and was packed up to leave with Fez safely home by 8am. Timber Valley Tree Co. was also priced competitively for arborists in and around Sandpoint. They are definitely recommended and we can't thank them enough for saving Fez!

What a great team! Alex and Darla worked together like seasoned pros. They cut down the required trees and limbed all the others, cleaned up everything and we could not be happier with their professionalism and attitude in this very hot weather.
