I had two trees cut down. I didn’t realize until they were done that they would not remove the stumps. That’s on me. I’ been calling trying to find out how much more it would cost to remove the stumps. I reached John once to explain that I wanted the stumps removed. He asked me to send pictures, which I did. I Have called and texted 3 times since then, he has not returned my calls or texts. This final experience has influenced my overall impression of John’s Pro Tree service. I’m including pictures of what was left in my yard.

Mason was great! We were hit by a tornado and his crew came out and had our yard looking better than it did before the storm. Very fast and efficient! Everything was transparent and they did everything they said they would in a VERY timely matter, less than 24hours of requesting their service. They removed a huge tree off of my roof and even helped remove all the debris from my back yard. They went up on the trees and removed all the loose branches to make sure there was no further damage.
