I’m going to start off by saying it was the reviews for PHP that lead me to start with to obtain an estimate before searching around for tree service quotes. After having PHP assess my situation, I was certain that I needed not to look any further and accepted their estimate on the spot.

Very friendly and professional. Had to leave a voice message the first time I called and he called back the very next day. It was easy to set up a day and time for a FREE estimate within a couple of days. I received a quote that was well below what I expected for the size of the tree. I will be recommending them to anyone that need a tree taken down.

Zac was prompt and professional. Very communicative. He made short work of a long to-do list. He even made all of the arrangements on the front end to have the lines marked. Price point was very reasonable.

I called Coughlin Tree service about cutting down two dead ash trees in my back yard. John came over the next day and gave me a bid to cut them down. He told me that he would have to run his boom truck through my neighbor’s yard and mine to access the trees. I was very worried that this would tear up our yards, but John reassured me that they would take great care to ensure that this wouldn’t happen. Once I got the bid, it was much lower than the other bid I had gotten, so I called John back and we set up a date to have the trees removed.

Excellent crew that was polite and professional. They exceeded all expectations on removing an absurdly large tree from my backyard after it was hit by lightning. Very grateful to them and would recommend them to friends and family.

Springfield Tree Service did an outstanding job for my family! I have three large Maples an ash tree that needed to be removed completely stump and all, and a beautiful Oak Tree on my property that needed to be trimmed. A neighbor recommended them and so I called, the person who answered was respectful with exceptional customer service skills, and very prompt in getting us in the books and scheduled. Compared to other companies they're pricing was fair for the level of service that they provided. I feel like I got a Deal completely.
