Brad and his team at 5Star were great! They safely cut down a very large tree hanging over my house, that was a danger to my home and possibly the neighbors. I was nervous to trust someone to cut it down but Iβm glad I trusted them. He priced it fairly, communicated well, and they did a great clean up job afterwards.
DG Tree Trimming and Removal did a fantastic job for me today. Thirteen small trees were taken down, debris hauled away, and care was taken with my gate and lawn. The entire crew was friendly, efficient and professional. I highly recommend them.
We have used Gillette several times to cut back trees along our long driveway. The rate is very reasonable, considering that it would take months to do ourselves. They have also trimmed our fruit trees, around 20 different varieties of fruits, and did an outstanding job. They were recommended to me by a master gardener, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding results for a fair price.
The worst company ever, in my opinion! They have totally destroyed my trees! Nipsco hired them to trim my trees by the power lines, trim, not destroy!. They took every bit of limbs, leaves and left barren tree trunks! They also left a huge mess of tree limbs, huge limbs and branches in my yard, I am a 60 year old disabled lady, I canβt dispose of them! My lawn service comes to mow Fridays, but they will not move it or clean it up. The town put up a barrier of bushes and small trees to stop all the noise from the factory, Townsend took them all down which violated our town policy! Then I called the company to complain, they gave out my phone number to an employee that called me harassing me, kept telling me to go outside and talk to him face to face, I felt intimidated and harassed! They have destroyed my apple tree, and six other trees that are on my property! I have also called the accrediting agencies, that they have in their website, according to Dana at the agency, they are not accredited, only members, allegedly! I filed a complaint with the attorney general, the utility regulatory commission and BBB! It is unbelievable how much destruction they have done! They told me I have no control over why they do to my trees, even when they are on my property! Unbelievable how this company operates! I have pictures and several videos! Texts and phone records! They just let the branches and limbs drop in everything damaging things
