Because of the severity and promptness needed to the situation, they got their crew on the job within an hour. They were extremely friendly, prompt, careful and thorough with the job. Had the tops removed from multiple large trees that were blocking the sun to the garden. They were on time and worked quickly and professionally. They came one day for the estimate, the second time they came out was the day for tree cutting. They arrived the day and time scheduled. They trimmed all of the trees quickly and professionally, we paid in full at the end and were extremely happy with the work they did. We are hopeful to get lots of vegetables from our garden this year with the improved sunshine. I was worried about damage to our grass from the machinery but they did not damage the yard. They did an amazing job, were very prompt, and professional. I definitely recommend them to anyone needing tree work done. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

They were prompt with coming out to look over the property, prompt with getting me a quote and were able to get me in for service within a week or so. They have lost a customer in me. I was going to use them for annual tree treatment, but they won’t work for me because I didn’t have them remove a tree I used another company for the removal because they came in less on the bid and TIE was slow getting back to me. Very disappointed.
