Veteran Tree Trimming staff were very professional in our interactions with them, did an outstanding job with our tree removal and stump grinding and were very efficient, honest and dependable. What a pleasure to work with!!! Steve Ball, owner, was on the job from start to finish and what a nice guy! We will definitely use them again if needed and highly recommend them to others!!!

We had a big oak tree taken down that was leaning towards our house. Layne Tree Experts dropped it for us in just a few hours & we no longer have to worry about it falling on to our house! Our neighbors have used them for decades trees & for tree clean up after major storms!

The owner was amazing to work with concerning our needs. He responded quickly to our initial contact regarding service. We were not in a rush to have our stumps ground. We actually had an additional tree that needed to be taken down, after storm damage last fall, before we were completely ready. While he was here doing our estimate, he was even able to make contact with a tree service because the first one we had contacted never responded after leaving more than one message. He was able to come out on a day that we weren’t home and take care of all the stumps except the one that needed taken down. We were thrilled when we got home. All the wood chips had been raked into neat piles and the bigger pieces were piled neatly on top. After the last tree came down, he came back out to finish the job. Excellent customer service and made sure we were satisfied. Digital payment made it easy to take care of the charges since we weren’t home. Would definitely recommend.

This group of men are amazing and did an awesome job on my 200+ year old monster oak. I highly recommend them! Thank you and I’m looking forward to the tree crown cleaning planned in November!
