We had Ellis Hardwoods LLC safely remove an over 120 ft cottonwood that's been looming over us since we purchased our home. We had contacted multiple tree removal services over the years but couldn't find one with the equipment and expertise to take on a challenge like this. Beyond the difficulty of size and location, we thought that the removal would surely be a giant hassle that would leave us with a huge stump and an uneven lawn full of bare spots. Ellis Hardwoods provided us with a stress-free experience from start to finish and far exceeded our expectations at every step of the process. They used ground mats to minimize tread damage to other areas of the lawn, ground out the stump and the shallow roots surrounding it, and even swept the driveway before they left. We're relieved to have the tree gone, and couldn't be happier with its removal.
