We were so pleased with how thoughtfully the service was provided. There was a barrier to stop chips, raking, smoothing of the dirt around the trunk mound, and additional dirt and tamping where the stump used to be. The equipment was lightweight as to not ruin any seated grass in the yard. I wholeheartedly recommend this company. Their attention to detail, kindness, and meticulous work was very appreciated.

Just had Quality Tree Care remove a tree, thin out a birch tree, repair cavity in birch tree and remove limbs overhanging roof. They did a great job. Price was fair. Cleanup was great.

Jaden was our answer to saving our trees but trimming the huge branches that were a danger to our roof. His expertise, safety precautions, diligence and knowledge of the job were all superb! His friendly personality made it easy to communicate with him and his fees were reasonable and fair. People came by and stopped to watch him masterfully climb our trees using ropes and amazing agility. Two people booked him on the spot and others want his card. We will have him back for any future work. While his business is in Tennessee, his family lives in Champaign, IL and so he accepts jobs here when visiting family. Worth the wait. Do not ever think fast equals good! I have used AETS before and I will 100% use them again when ever I need tree work done. They put 110% effort into making the trees look right and making the yard look good when they were done. The crew took the time needed to explain how and why they trimmed the trees the way they did. The only reason they got a 5 rating is because the scale does not go to 10! If you need trees done right, call American eagle.

Back in April we had tree removal and other yard services from The Busy Beaver Tree Service. We have had Linda (the owner) do work for us for over 20 years and never had an issue previously. we had one tree cut down and a few branches removed from our other trees. We paid them $1000 in full to remove those trees, the branches AND for a stump removal. They said that they would return to do the stump removal the week of and never came back. We’ve contacted them numerous times since then and she has just brushed us under the rug and told me that she’s had “equipment issues and personal issues” going on. Her business should be her number one priority especially when people have paid you for services you haven’t completed. the issue is the fact that none of this is true as she’s been continuing services for other people even in our own neighborhood yet has not contacted us whatsoever. We’ve heard excuse after excuse yet their company was working literally a street down from mine. she has been reported to the Better Business Bureau and I’ve also seen other reviews from people that have had almost the exact same experience with her and it is now October almost and she had since April so there’s no excuses especially when you’re working at other houses entire time, so I suggest that none of you use this business thank you.
