The Raman Tree team was professional and friendly while they removed several large trees on the border of my property. They took care to minimize truck tire ruts in the lawn by laying rubber boards as well as made sure to protect my gutter drains in my lawn with metal cones. They were done in about 4.5 hours (the trees were around 40ft tall and it was a nice day.)

Boe and the crew did a great job pruning the top of my neglected cottonwood tree. Dropping the dead limbs and branches out of my 130 year old tree will give it a fighting chance to stay healthy for a few more years. In addition to the cottonwood, They pruned the branches from other trees that were encroaching on my house and general shaping to make the overall property look great. After the tree service, I've noticed there are not so many sticks and twigs fallen onto the lawn. The professional service doesnt stop when the chainsaw work is done, the efficient ground crew made quick and neat clean-up of all the twigs and leaves taking great care to avoid damaging any shrubs and plants and lawn features. After having initial work done last year, Boe reached out to me this spring to ask about any additional work I might like to have done. He gave me an estimated time frame for when they would be in my area so I could plan for them. On the precise morning they were available, Boe contacted me to make sure I was available. Their morning job took longer than expected, so Boe contacted me again by phone to let me know what time they'd be arriving. On schedule, Boe rang the doorbell to let me know he was ready to begin and we walked around the yard so I could point out exactly what I needed done. Boe got started in the tree tops and by the time he had quite a lot of branches down, the crew showed up just in time to start cleaning up the yard.

It makes me really sad to have to post this kind of review because I've worked with Doug on a business level and have always recommended him. Except the two times that we needed tree services personally we get told to call Alex and never hear back after repeated voicemails. Honestly, what kind of business does that They give a number to call and it's the owners son but then nothing to be heard from. Very unprofessional

Tanner and his crew did a wonderful job at our Church. They were able to come in, do the necessary work, all with the professionalism you would expect. Great communication throughout the process.
