Initially I had great hopes because of the reviews but my experience with them has been terrible. They cancelled on me twice, which the last time I had called because they were late…”oh they are on their way and will be there shortly…” An hour later I called and left a message and then received an email stating equipment issues and they had to cancel and reschedule. They rescheduled, did the job (never called me to tell me they were on their way like I had asked several times so I could meet them there). They didn’t clean up the area (which was part of the estimate) sticks and limbs were everywhere (even still in the tree) and they broke a marble table. Left another message to have them come back, clean up and “finish” the job. Time will tell.

We have been Heritage customers for nearly 10 years. If I had written this review last year, it would have been 5 stars. Since the rebrand to Dreamlawn, our experience has been nothing but a nightmare. We’ve spent $1k+ in the past 2 months, yet we’ve been left with a non-functional irrigation system. The 5-6 times I’ve called, I’ve been told I would receive a call back from my technician, but it never happens. Any maintenance takes over a month to schedule. Our grass is dead and dying. When Justin was our technician, everything was done in a timely manner and to satisfaction but that is no longer the case. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

We've worked with Wyatt and family for almost 10 years now for all of our tree clean-up and maintenance on our property. Polite workers, great communication, always cleaning up after themselves and most importantly, aware of prized plants in the garden!! When a tree comes crashing down in the yard unexpectedly (is it EVER expected ), the last thing you want is more damage to garden plants that you lovingly selected and planted in the yard. Thanks to Wyatt being attentive and detail-oriented, I had nothing else bite the dust, just the tree that decided it was time to go.
