American Arborist was responsive and professional. We requested a quote on our chokecherry tree in our backyard and they came out very quickly to do the quote and included recommendations for a tree in the front yard to be trimmed as well. We appreciated the professional opinion and we are so pleased! They even cut out a wild tree in our fence that we had not included on the quote, which was very appreciated. From the start Trish was upfront with how they were prioritizing tree removal- she kept in contact with me, keeping me informed of when we could get their services. I have used Arbor Aesthetics tree service for years now and am always happy with the quality of their work! During the recent storm I had a tree fall onto my roof. On the day of my appointment, I had a doctors appointment that I couldn’t miss. The crew wasn’t there when I had to leave and when I got back, they were finishing up already! The crew members I talked to were very professional and polite, even though I’m sure they had been working day and night in the 90 degree heat! They were able to take a short break to eat the ice cream I brought them, though! A big thank you to the entire crew!

Jorge was very responsive in setting up the appointment and letting me know the day before a rough time frame of when the crew would arrive. Then the day of, he let me know when they were about an hour from arriving. Great communication! Once Jorge's dad and another crew member arrived they got to work, were very fast and very nice. They were able to cut down big and small branches around the power lines and bring up the canopy of a larger tree. They cleaned up the area as well when they were done.
