American Arborist was responsive and professional. We requested a quote on our chokecherry tree in our backyard and they came out very quickly to do the quote and included recommendations for a tree in the front yard to be trimmed as well. We appreciated the professional opinion and we are so pleased! They even cut out a wild tree in our fence that we had not included on the quote, which was very appreciated. They were fast and affordable. I had reached out via email and phone call for some questions and they got back to me immediately. I would highly recommend! Before and Afters attached.

If I could give zero stars, I would. It was the worst experience with any contractor, ever, honestly. The morning of the project, the project manager did not speak to me, the singer of the contract and spoke to the neighbor girl, a minor, for permission to do the project after a huge rainstorm the night before. Consequences of speaking to a 17 year old neighbor was that were they destroyed not just my lawn, but my neighbors' lawns, too. Huge dents from fallen limbs, track marks and torn sod...so much so that my neighbor's retaining wall was actually displaced from the soil being moved from the driven equipment.
