Just bought a home here and needed work done, I don't know anyone here and crossed my fingers that I made the right choice! Well I can't say enough about these Guy's! Absolutely amazing from start to finish..

Came out to give estimate on removing a tree by our garage but it has been several weeks and have called multiple times to have them come out to remove the tree and have been given the run around about needing to check the schedule and weather to see when they can come out and stating they would call us back but have yet to do so. Have left multiple messages with no response. I ended up going with another company to remove the tree since this is poor business. The husband is reviewing now you did not schedule anything you promised twice to call me back by 4:30 and failed to do so. Whomever is scheduling is so incompetent that my children can do better. The incompetence of their employees is so great. Speaking with me has nothing to do when my wife left a message first and you had yet to respond back after a week or so which was my reason for calling in the first place. Your lack of communication show how incompetent you are at handling a business.

I'm a little late in posting this and I apologize to the wonderful gentleman who work for this awesome company. A tree fell, hit my home, and landed up against it doing some pretty significant damage. I was referred to Austin Cooper and Superior Outdoor Services through a friend. I called him and he came within 30 minutes to take a look at the tree and damage. His crew was here later that same evening moving and stabilizing the tree to ensure it was as safe as could it could be until they could return the next evening to remove it. Mr. Cooper stayed in contact with me giving my updates on his teams arrival. They did an amazing job cleaning up the mess and even returned to cover the damaged portions to prevent further issues. I'm happy to say we will be working with them throughout the repairs of my home. I can't recommend them enough !!

Very professional. The right equipment for a perfect job. We had a large tree removed and when the job was completed, it was like it was never there. There was no damage to shrubs or the lawn. Great job!

Let me tell you some folks they’re very kind very punctual just a joy to deal with on the phone very reasonable in price and they didn’t play around they got the tree down perfectly they did all the cleanup as well you see them before videos during videos and the picture after the fact highly recommend them don’t sweat it Michael Travis and his crew has got it for you
