Charlie and his crew were punctual and very professional. They climbed and cut a very large tree right on the corner of our house (literally about 2 feet from the roof edge), cut down a 10 foot tree stump and several small trees on the cliff in our backyard. They made sure everything fell where it needed to miss the house and did a great job cleaning up the debris when they were finished. Property was torn up. I told them not to leave trenches on the property and they did that very thing. Wood chips are dumped all over the hay field. We told them they could put the wood chips in the hole and they didn’t do that, they put the chips on the edge and they kept dumping further from the holes. Now a bulldozer needs to come in and clean up the mess. Plus we asked them to chip up a little bit of limbs and clean up the limbs from a big tree in exchange for dumping in the holes. One of the workers tried to uphold the agreement and he said he got into trouble for trying to do it and he couldn’t do what we agreed. I have called the company twice and no one has called us back. There is a lot of damage done and it will be taken care of. I have no problem calling my attorney and going to court.

After the most recent windstorm, I couldn’t get other tree services to return my call. Another service even said the job was too big and they couldn’t do it. I called A-Z and they stopped by the same day and gave me a quote. I know they were busy with all the other storm damage, but we’re very responsive and had good communication about when they would arrive and what they would be doing.

Absolutely the best! We had a tree fall during a storm, and Brent Smith responded to our call and gave us a very reasonable price. He and his crew came out when he said they would, and the work was done perfectly! They treated our property with care, and cleaned up the whole area when they were finished. These guys are awesome! They came to remove a tree that had started to rot near the base. It was in an awkward location next to my garage and a fence, but that hardly slowed them down. Not only did they remove the tree without damaging anything, they also cut and stacked the wood into our firewood rack! The owner also let us know our top gutter (very hard to reach) was full and offered to clear it out for us! When they were done they cleaned up the yard so well you would never know they were there. Truly Top Notch.
