This is the 3rd time we’ve used this Tree company and I don’t know if they are under new management but I was very disappointed in how they left our yard and driveway in shambles after they completed the job. Granted, we had a very heavy rain the night before (probably the reason we were fit into the schedule at the last minute) but we were told they would lay grass seed after they completed. Not only was the side and back of our yard completely muddied up, but the driveway was left a muddy, grassy and marked up mess as well from the dumpster. In addition, you can tell they hit one of our privacy trees in the process with their equipment. Ironically, part of the job was for them to clear a pile of tree limbs we also had in the yard, which they did but turned around and left just about as much debris from the tree they cut down!! It took us at least 2 hours to go out and halfway clean up the mess they left. And we still have clean up to do, in addition the extra $ it will cost is to plant grass!

Our experience with SavATree was great! Caroline was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. She made it evident to us that our tree couldn't be saved and needed to be removed for our safety. Two short days later their team; Bradley, Franklin and Richard arrived on site. They finished in six short hours and took extra care to keep our property clean. Evan and Scarlet are very nice and can help you with your next outdoor job! Roes helped me remove some landscaping and rock that had been burdening us for a few years. Evan was nice enough to take a look at our trees while he quoted our job, and gave some recommendations without pressuring us to make the sale. Great experience and high quality work! Hats off to Greg Deetsch, owner of Grasshoppers Landclearing and Tree service, Inc., 2405 Blankenbaker Rd in Louisville, Ky, and his team who recently removed a large OakTree and large Magnolia Tree in my back and side yard. Zach, Michael, and Austin did a superb job! They arrived promptly when scheduled and were very professional, courteous, cautious, and worked hard and steadfastly throughout the day. They removed the stump and cleaned up any remaining debris. It was a major decision for me to remove these trees. However, with some of the severe winds and storms we have encountered in the past few years and major damage throughout our city, I feared them falling and causing the same to my home. The peace of mind I feel and reduction in work and constant cleanup from the age of the trees made me realize it was definitely the right decision! If you have such concerns, give Greg a call. The team were very skilled professionals and it was amazing to watch. Safety is top priority but they made quick work of removing a large decayed oak tree and a couple more smaller trees. HIGHLY recommend and would absolutely call them back for any additional work.
