A & J does quality work but beware! Their estimate to complete an emergency job was $7k over the next highest estimate. Once they were paid in full they refused to submit paperwork related to their job. They agree to do it but for three months now, they have simply ignored it. Don’t use this company until you have other estimates and ensure your lien waiver is signed before you pay them. Even then you need to realize they won’t follow through if you need anything once they get their money.
