I am disappointed in the experience I have had with SavATree. In my experience, it took a few weeks for someone to come out to quote the job. Okay, no problem. We received a quote within a day or two. Communication after this was spotty. I let Terry know we would like to move forward. Had to follow up for him to tell me to call Lisa. I called Lisa and put down over a $500 deposit on the job and was informed Terry would call me to schedule the job. Did not hear from Terry. I emailed Terry a few times before receiving a response that I would be hearing from him in September (put the deposit down in August) to schedule. I asked for a deposit refund as waiting until September to schedule was outside the window that our job needed. I was informed today that the office refunded the deposit but now have to wait 1-2 weeks for their CFO to approve it because he is out of town.

Did not do tree removal from our house but did next door and did property damage at our property, we have called the office many times and no one will return our calls, the next door neighbor told me that the person I’m having a complaint with is one of the owners. I have many videos and many photos of the damage that they did at our property and no one will return a call..

Jeff and his team were incredible from start to finish. Very few service industry companies I’ve worked with have been so low pressure, personable, and friendly. They came with the promise to cut the trees and clean up after them selves . The crew were nice and efficient. But they left a mess ! The photos really don’t show how bad it was . And after he had he his money he goasted me .just make sure you don’t pay full amount till satisfied!!

Not only was Jason timely in getting this job done for us, he took the upmost care in the process. He walked us through what he would be doing and made sure he completed the job to our specifications. He even took the time to put boards up around all the front windows to protect them from debris. Jason was professional, thorough, and price was right on point. Jason even comes recommended by many realtors in the area that have used and loved his services. Hire this guy and you will be very happy with the results!
