I recently had Royal Tree Service cut down a large ash tree in my yard, and my overall experience was excellent. The team was very professional and courteous throughout the entire process. Despite the extreme heat, they worked incredibly hard and never stopped until the job was done.

Ben and his team did a tremendous job. He was quick and very well priced. I had a dead 60ft tall tree hanging over my house and he got it down and cleaned up in the same day.

Omni tree was excellent. I had two trees taken down, not in easy areas to get to. Pablo climbed the trees and brought them down smoothly and easily. The team worked worked well together. I am impressed that management sponsors visas for two Guatemalan guys and Pablo from Mexico. Pablo is helping train the two guys from Guatemala. All workers worked hard in the heat. Contacted Mike over the weekend and he showed up that week to grind a massive stump. Mike and his dad were flexible and trimmed some trees and other grinding of stumps for my parents and I.

The quoting stage was fine, it did take him a week or 2 to come out but that was pretty normal based on other calls I had made. Gave a detailed paper estimate and pricing was competitive... but in this instance you get what you paid for. They came to do the work... This is where the problems occurred. They destroyed our bushes along our garage and bent our gutter with their trucks. When we called about it they seemed unconcerned and just said it was a tight space! Uhh you still destroyed my property sir! While working they took out the power and cable of our neighbor when we called again they seemed unfazed and just said to call Ameren, are you not a professional company, I get accidents happen but you should take responsibility and you call Ameren instead of leaving our neighbor without AC during 100 weather. They finished work while we were at work when we got home we noticed one of the trees quoted for removal was only about half way removed, when we called he was not very friendly but did say he would come take a look, and he did send someone over to finish the removal of the tree however they left all the wood in our carport/yard when we paid for removal of debris again we called and he was extremely rude and unprofessional. We told him of our dissatisfaction and he basically said he didn't care. Please go elsewhere this company is not it.
