I flew into town last week as my Mom had surgery recently . They have been needing tree removal for some time, and in the past had been quoted a sum that was simply out of range by another company in town. I called Frazier and Art came by the next day. He quoted a fair fee and after I enquired about seeing a business license and proof of insurance, delivered that immediately. They showed up on time this week as committed and worked for several hours. They did a fantastic job and my parents commented on how impressed they were with the work ethic, the overall result, and the meticulous clean up. I have been in sales and leadership for 30 years, and highly recommend their service. It was nice to know that after flying back, everything went super smooth in my absence.

I had a tree removal quoted by someone who I assume was the estimator. Waited two months. When the morning of the scheduled tree removal arrived, I received a call from the owner to inform me I needed to contact the power company to drop the lines. The person who quoted the job never mentioned this to me. I told the owner this and his response was "I didn't quote the job". There was definitely a lack of communication between the estimator, the owner, and to me as a customer. I will take my business elsewhere.

Charlie ground down 5 big stumps in backyard one week and next week came back the day after I asked him for estimate on taking down a big tree in my front yard. He and crew were back next day in extreme heat cutting down tree, grinding down stump, and removing waste. I will not only use his service again but will highly recommend him and his crew.
