My 10 week old kitten fell off the balcony 2 days ago and when we finally found her she was 40 feet up a tree. Earth Works was here within an hour. They were super friendly, and it took them less than 6 minutes to get Poll from the tree. I can not say Thank You enough. What an amazing company.

You can stop searching for tree guys. JJ’s Professional Tree and Stump service is incredibly easy to work with. We communicated mostly by text and they did the job quickly and perfectly. They gave me a very fair rate for the removal of my large double trucked apple tree that was growing through my power lines. They even cleaned it up and left without a trace! 5 bright shining stars! May or may not be good for the customer that hires them. But gram a neighbors prospective when they make the mess in MY yard to get rid of the tree not so happy! This is my yard not the neighbor that had the tree removed!!!

Savvy Stump Grinding did an excellent and professional job of removing a huge stump in my backyard. He ground it down at least 18” below grade.

Another element of the customer service is the phone response – Harmony has a great phone presence when you need an estimate or to schedule the tree removal service. Never showed up. Reached out to them because they told me they'd be at my property at 7am. Waited until 6:45 pm as I'm writing the review. Do NOT trust the inflated reviews. I'd give 0 stars if I could. I sent an text at 2, 4, 5 and 6pm cause I was starting to worry. His exact words "I will be there today don't worry." The reason was I was worried was that another tree removal company ghosted me and wasted my whole day exactly like this. After waiting from 7am to 7pm for a no show, I'm starting to lose faith in honest folks/businesses. I'd rather know if you cannot show up so I can have peace of mind it'll be rescheduled.

Cut a verry large pine tree down that had a 8 ft circumference trunk.in close proximity to a fence, house and garage. Safely dropped it in chunks. Showed up on time and did a great job.would work with Jeff in the future if I need any tree work done.
