Phenomenal experience with Precision! We had them remove 10 trees on a new property, many of which were very close to the house. Their truck was in the shop so they had to climb each tree and drop them old school. Their attention to detail and precision with every cut was truly impressive. Each guy on the crew was so extremely professional to the point where they didn’t even want to throw their empty drink cans in our dumpster we had in the driveway.

Mac’s Tree Service finished removing 12 medium-large pine trees from our property that were too close to the house.

They were hired by Duke energy to cut down a large oak in my front yard, they were supposed to leave the excess wood neatly piled up. They ended up leaving my front yard a disaster. They left very large pieces of the trunk that weigh hundreds of pounds in the middle of the yard. They did not stack them neatly. They dropped pieces onto the yard leaving huge marks in the yard. They did not clean up the yard when they were done. I was ok with the stump not being ground out but the mess and the damage to the lawn are inexcusable. Easily the worst tree company I have ever seen in action.Stay far away from this company. Do not hire for anything.

I called Rhino Stump Grinding and received same day service. Mr Cunningham is very professional and runs a great business. He also provided photos when he finished the job . Awesome family company, we’ve had them do two different jobs for us. Super timely and efficient. Well priced, and they always leave the yard clear of debris when finished. Andrew also took special care to avoid any damage to our fence when dropping branches that hung above it. Will continue to use for future services and highly recommend. Photo after some branch clearing and is before clean up was finished.

This company is amazing. They showed up when they said they were going to, and I had no issues with what they did. They cleaned up everything and more. If you are looking to cut down some trees, call these guys. They get it done right and what they recommend, you really should get done. Don't get me wrong, I had some doubts on a couple of things they recommended, but considering they do it every day, I took their word for it and honestly, it was the smartest thing I did as everything looks amazing.

A++ service. My lot is oddly shaped and difficult to get into which is why I was so thankful to find Jeff and his team at Heartwood. Their BIG truck lift helped them to safely remove tree limbs overhead of my home and get way up there in amongst the longleafs and trim back limbs. These guys are EXPERTS and really know a lot about the native trees in the Sandhills. I highly recommed using this service and naturally they are busy so be sure to be patient - their service is well worth the wait. This is not a service that anyone can just do.
