Was quoted for a job to remove all limbs overhanging my property line. When the guys came out the first time, they clearly left 3 huge branches over the porch and property line. The company did send them a second time, but they left massive tree debris 5 feet beyond my property line, tore up my grass with their equipment, and still left one branch 30 feet up which overhangs my porch. The owner/ manager did give us $100 off because I brought this to their attention. 3 stars for customer service.

These guys are EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL!! They assess the job, divide the labor and GO TO IT!! I watched them trim, and fell a pine over 30 feet high, with that, and hauling/grinding the trunk and other debris the work was completed in less than 45 minutes!! These guys/women rock!!

Before and after of the tree McFadden's removed for me. I was able to save a little money and keep the wood. They ground up the stump which looks amazing and stacked the logs exactly where I asked them to. Thank you so much!

I am beyond happy with the service we received all around. From calling the office and speaking with the receptionist, to working with the owner on an estimate, to the gentlemen who came out to complete the work. Hands down would highly recommend and will use again. We are new to the area and had a large branch come down in our backyard from a recent storm and it was extremely unsafe as it involved the branch still hanging and powerlines. I found Oberlander's online and gave them a call. The woman who answered was very friendly and kind. Let me know that the owner would be out the same afternoon to take a look at the situation. The owner was prompt, polite, and very informative. He was able to get me an estimate quickly and then this morning within a few hours our backyard was safe again thanks to their hard work. Not knowing anyone who lives in Bucyrus or knowing who to ask for recommendations, I am beyond grateful for the service they provided. We look forward to working with them again.
