We hired them because we are new to the Rogue Valley and since we had no direct referrals available I picked them based on their killer reviews. They lived up it it... They were easy to work with, scheduled the work right away, were pleasant and effective while onsite doing the work, and payment was easy. We'll be using them going forward for sure.

The guys were prompt in arriving , when I was told when they’d be here. The crew of 3 were fun to watch, as I could tell they have worked together for a long time. They were perceptive to each other, as to what each was doing. Definitely safety conscious!!!!! They took the top of the tree down, and it fell/ placed it right on top of the burn pile! Since they were here, I had them take another tree down, that was essentially dead. Because we are elderly, the guys were able to stack the wood, near where the other tree was. They cleaned up, and stacked the wood where it can now be managed by us. I would recommend them to anyone, needing this work. Great business!

JOTS removed a very large ponderosa pine in my back yard a few summers ago, and not only did they complete the job in one day, they did a great job cleaning up! An old tree had to be removed on Queen Anne and we watched as Runnel did a great job. They had passed out flyers to neighbors, offering a free estimate. We had an old 50’ spruce tree leaning towards our 1928 house, so Mike came and talked to us. He offered us a GREAT price!
