Customer Reviews for Texas Sun Tree Services

Jason Adams ★★★★★

Esteban came out the day I requested a quote to trim and prune my 3 mature oaks in the back yard. He got me on the schedule the following week. His crew showed up early and got them looking beautiful within 2 hours including cleanup. They even raked the yard afterward. Top notch and highly recommended!

Chelsea Lietz ★★★★★

Great work! We had a difficult job with a sick tree that had branches over our house. Other companies didn’t have the equipment to grind the stump and/or expected the job to take up to four days longer than it took Texas Tree Sun. Very professional crew, worked extremely fast, and did a great job.

David Ballesteros ★★★★★

Esteban and his crew worked efficiently and quickly to remove a tree that spit in half on my property line. They took the tree down with no damage to my newly planted flower beds. Can’t even tell a tree was there after clean up by his crew. Half fell in neighboring yard and and I paid to have that removed also as a courteous gesture to my neighbor. Response time to my inquiry was fast and Esteban is highly professional.

This company does great work and offers reasonable pricing but is unresponsive and lacks a sense of urgency. Took them nearly a month to start the job of cutting down 2 trees and grinding the stumps. It took so long that I ended up cutting down one of trees myself to speed the process in preparation for another project that was nearing. I informed the owner, but again, with no response. He didn't even bother to amend the original price to deduct even a fraction of the cost to remove the tree that I had already cut down. I recommend you find another company to take care of your important projects.

I had two live oak trees removed and several others trimmed. After estimate, they were able to get me scheduled right away. They showed up on time and worked for about 4 hrs straight. Then they were done! Everything was done as expected, and branches were taken care of/yard cleaned up.
