Great company! I called them late afternoon in regards to my Japanese maple that was not doing well and they sent out a technician the very next morning. The technician was kind, thorough with his inspection and very detailed in his explanation of what the treatment plan should be to resolve my issue. I would absolutely recommend this company and I will definitely be using them in future if needed.

The experience with 3 Monkeys was great. Sergio was prompt for the estimate appointment as well as for the scheduled service. They were efficient and did a great job. They trimmed trees belonging to neighbors based on what is allowed. When done, they cleaned up all remnants, which included sweeping up tree dust. The communication was great from start to finish. Esteban came out the day I requested a quote to trim and prune my 3 mature oaks in the back yard. He got me on the schedule the following week. Was hesitant at first due to bad company’s in the past but Cesar is a man of his word with a good reasonable price and very personal and the communication was easy as it comes.

Very impressed and highly recommend. Alex came out and gave me a quote the same day I expressed an interest in one. While the quote was right in line with a few others I had received, I went with Alex because not only was he very knowledgeable, but also I felt like he really listened to my concerns and answered my relentless questions. Additionally, he was flexible with my schedule. He and a crew mate arrived on the agreed upon day and they put in a full day removing a rather large, dying red oak. When finished, other than a missing tree in my front yard, you would not have even known that they were there. The clean up was immaculate. He even posted a cool time lapsed video of the entire process on the businesses Instagram page. I definitely feel like I got my monies worth.
