M came out yesterday to get the sprinklers ready for the summer season. He was very kind, and listened to the concerns I had, as well as answered the questions. He left the broken sprinkler box looking great, which had to be lowered at least 4 inches. He also replaced the missing cover to another sprinkler box. Our HOA community is very grateful.
