We had Riverbend twice to do extensive tree work and landscaping. The fellow that came to do the estimate was very informative, professional, and friendly. He knew his 'stuff'. The crew that came to do the work was excellent - did all specified jobs perfectly and cleaned up upon completion.

We used Northern Virginia Tree Experts to cut down one dead maple tree and one small redbud tree. They also ground the stumps with their robotic stump grinder. Chris came and gave us a written estimate. Their price was comparable with other estimates. This company offers discounts during their low season. Brian, the office manager, was friendly and offered us a 10% discount if we wanted to take care of the two trees now. The crew of four showed up on time. They were efficient and finished the job quickly. They cleaned up thoroughly after completion. We were satisfied with their service and highly recommend them if you need any tree service.

This company is terrible. Customer service is garbage. Employees have no manners. Stay away!

Beware! 93 days ago I hired this company to simply mulch some previously cut stacked tress, along with others downed during our recent windstorm with very specific instructions to spread the mulch throughout my 5+ acres of wooded property. Instead, all of the chips were sprayed, not into the surrounding woods, but on top of a separate stack of trees and along the treeline edge creating an eyesore everytime I look into my yard. The owner, whom I gave these instructions to, was not on site for the work, and obviously did not communicate this to his crew, although one would think they would do that automatically given the space I called him immediately after they left asking him to come and cleanup to complete the job as I had pd him in full (Big mistake on my end)! His office is a 6mile, 10 minute drive from my home and in 93 days, despite my requests, he has not made time to stop and actually see the mess that his crew left behind. He did however, send a guy with a rake to clear multiple 3ft piles of mulch...duh It's been 93 days of screening my calls and only responding via text to say he is busy handling personal matters or other clients. I am now (too late) reviewing other post, describing incomplete jobs he was pd in full for. I don't doubt that he has the ability to do great work, but I would just advise you, if you still decide to hire him, to not pay a dime until the job is what you requested! As an honest business man, one would think he would at least come see live these pics I sent him day 1, especially since I literally live around the corner! Maybe this post will inspire him to finally do the right thing! As an honest consumer, who has been more than patient with him, I will update this post once he has corrected this situation. If you see nothing else from me...just know who you are doing business with!

SavATree has been providing care (i.e. treatment plan, pruning, etc.) for our ornamental crab apple tree for approximately 10 years. Their efforts helped us overcome the health issues our tree had been experiencing. The staff maintains positive communications and is courteous/efficient when performing services. The arborist regularly follows up to ensure we are satisfied and check on the health of the tree. The technicians do an excellent job with the pruning and ensure it is done to our satisfaction. We believe the service is worthwhile, especially when we see the blossoms in the spring.

MTS-Pro Tree removed a 30 foot tree from the front of our townhouse. They were prompt, very skillful, tidy and reasonably priced. After the stump grinding was done, all the sawdust and branches were removed and hauled away, leaving a very tidy yard. We were completely satisfied with the work from MTS-Pro Tree.

Top notch, professional, family owned, local business that provides exceptional service. They respond quickly to inquiries, sent out Luca to size up the job and provided exceptional service. Truly worth every single penny and then some! Took out three trees on my side yard that were threatening our house and cleaned up so thoroughly that it looks better than when they came.
