I contacted Bryan about a month ago to come out to my dad's house to trim some of his fruit trees, and to look at a questionable branch hanging over the dog kennel. He worked really well with my schedule and coordinated with both my dad and I in order to make sure we were both available for his initial assessment. He came out to the house within 3 days to give my dad a quote. Bryan knew we were about to have a pretty decent snow storm, so he and his guys were out at my dads house within a week to ensure that the tree didn't fall on the dog kennel.
