Wow! Baxter's Tree Service is awesome! I called and they came right out. The tree was leaning in the direction of my house and was becoming a safety concern. They fit me in the schedule right away. The entire crew was profession, polite and serious about safety. These guys work as a team... each looking out for the other and the property. When they left, they cleaned up behind them and left my yard looking better than before they arrived. Would I recommend them Absolutely! If I could give more than a five star review, I would. I contacted them and left a voicemail. After about a week, I received a call back and got an appointment two days later for an estimate. The arborist arrived and after we agreed on a price, he marked the trees in question and left with a promise to get back to me in a few days. It’s been four weeks, and I still haven’t heard from them. I’ve left a couple of voicemails and sent an email to no avail. Clearly they don’t want my business, but their failure to communicate is unprofessional. I’ve noticed that any positive reviews date from several years ago. Perhaps they’re under new management

Happy yards came out and relocated the nest and checked on them while they were doing the work on my property.
