The arborist arrived and after we agreed on a price, he marked the trees in question and left with a promise to get back to me in a few days. It’s been four weeks, and I still haven’t heard from them. I’ve left a couple of voicemails and sent an email to no avail. Clearly they don’t want my business, but their failure to communicate is unprofessional. I’ve noticed that any positive reviews date from several years ago. Perhaps they’re under new management

Happy yards came out and relocated the nest and checked on them while they were doing the work on my property. On June 28th (hottest day in WA history), a huge tree came down across my parents driveway, which is the only way on and off their property. My parents are 80, it was 99 degrees out. This was an emergency situation because no ambulance could get to their house because the driveway is 1/4 mile. Dakota, the owner, came within the hour that I called and cut the tree down and cleared the driveway BY HIMSELF because he had given his guys the day off due to the heat. He was amazing. THEN the next day he sent his guys over to clean up the debris at no extra charge! Absolutely great service, we will be calling them to help with the other trees on the property that need dealt with.
