Customer Reviews for Integral Works Tree Service

Kim Bachman ★★★★★

Raimundo took all my concerns and implemented them in form of our tree pruning. A Weeping Willow is essentially a weed. This is the third pruning yet the most severe. The tree will form back beautifully in time. Raimundo does a spectacular job with follow up and his cleanup is impeccable. Highly recommend. ⭐️👍🏼 …

We have two very large fir trees next to our very small gray house. They straddle the lot line between us and the two story house. We hired Integral Tree Service for tree maintenance and a safety assessment as well. Raimundo visited the site the day before so he was able to effectively discuss and explain the criteria for his work. He arrived on time, and left the site with less mess than when he started! We feel much safer, and the trees look great! We highly recommend using Integral Tree Service for their friendliness, skill and experience, and fair pricing. Thanks so much!

I am so happy to know Raimundo who is such a kind and easy-going fellow. I reached out to him to ask for assistance in limping two giant fir trees to make space for my tiny house. He responded with excellent communication and was able to work within the schedule restraints and accelerated timeline. He got the job done with efficiency and a level of professionalism that was quite outstanding. I would absolutely hire him again for tree work!!!

I had some trees I needed cut down on my property. Problem was there was a nest of baby birds that had been abandoned by the mama! Happy yards came out and relocated the nest and checked on them while they were doing the work on my property. By the time they were done doing a fantastic job on the property, the birds were almost ready to take flight! What an amazing company!!

I contacted them and left a voicemail. After about a week, I received a call back and got an appointment two days later for an estimate. The arborist arrived and after we agreed on a price, he marked the trees in question and left with a promise to get back to me in a few days. It’s been four weeks, and I still haven’t heard from them. I’ve left a couple of voicemails and sent an email to no avail. Clearly they don’t want my business, but their failure to communicate is unprofessional. I’ve noticed that any positive reviews date from several years ago. Perhaps they’re under new management

Matt and his team took down 2 large trees and did a lot of earth works to prep my site for my shop construction. They did an great job and did it quickly. When my builder did their site inspection prior to construction the feedback was that everything was perfect. Would highly recommend Baxter’s.
