Extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with this company and their work. I would not recommend them, they do not take accountability along with a lack professionalism and no quality workmanship. In the wake of their work they ruined 5 of my sprinklers, created deep divots from machines in my back yard that were not fixed and leveled. Showed up with less materials than agreed on in the quote and needed leaving me to spend more money to fix and complete the job they agreed to do.

Mike came within a week of contacting them for an estimate. He was very respectful and went through what the plans would be to trim my extremely large oak tree. He explained what would be done and why and what the final product would look like. I was very impressed. A date was set for the crew to come and trim the tree which took 1.5 days. They were very professional and respectful to me, my neighbors and my yard. They answered all my questions and asked me to look at it to make sure I was happy with the job. Trees like this are not cheap to trim and personally I didn't feel that the price was bad for the job I got. I highly recommend them for any job.

Rob came over, and I showed which tree limbs I wanted removed. The day of the job, his employee removed just one of the limbs I wanted done. Unfortunately, my wife was home, and I wasn't. So, I couldn't see if the job was done right. I communicated to Rob that not all of the branches were taken down and he assured me they would come back out and make it right. During the back and forth conversation, he advised me that one of his lifts, which is much larger, is out of service. So I had to go by this with no time frame set and wait.
