Called and said they would be here by 5 pm called at 7:30 PM said they were on the way it's 9pm and no show

I reached out to James to have 2 large walnut trees removed. He let me know what it would cost and I agreed. Going off of the postive reciews, my mistake for paying in full before services were started. He did come on a Saturday afternoon, mived my trailer to the front yard, and for 2 hours cut some branches. Then I had to start calling every other week, then every week to ask when he was coming back. Fuel was too expensive, too hot... Finally 2 months later he came on a Saturday afternoon for about 2 hours and cut some more branches. After another month I said I would like him to keep what he felt he earned and returned the rest. He drove to the house with truck and trailer to get his ropes that had been there for 3 months, but fuel was too expensive to drive and cut the trees. I think the trees were too large over the garage for him to remove. I hired another company to come in and did it in 1 day inciting picking up his brush pile that killed 2 large sections of grass. The positive of him is he did return calls, just not the unearned money. He is a nice person, I just would be careful paying too much in advance.

Great service. We had a tree fall on and around our home recently and they responded quickly, and even thought it more urgent than we did. They came on a holiday and pull up to pull out was under two hours. Price was great. Absolutely recommend and would hire again.
