We contacted Frank's to address our Ash tree in the front. Majority of the tree was dead, but we didn't want to remove the whole tree as we use it for the critters. Jeff heard our plan and went to work. The crew was awesome, efficient, and cleaned up everything! The price was also very reasonable! Derek is the best! I literally called in to ask about a bid and he was out the same day - then was able to schedule the job within a few days. Beyond the fast service, the job was done exactly as I requested. The job wasn't easy. He had to remove a large tree trunk from a tight space behind our garage, but they managed this without a hitch. His crew cleaned up so I never knew they were here. I *highly* recommend them.

A true professional with all the right equipment! Justin provided excellent communication and superb service. The stump was ground super deep getting all the roots while keeping all the wood chips collected. He even made sure the hump that naturally develops around a tree was leveled. I know there are a lot of stumps out there - if you have one, this is the place to call.
