I can say a 3.5 is a perfect score for this motel, it’s definitely not particularly nice but it could be worse. The AC/heat unit in each room can be loud and move the curtains but the room I booked was clean at least… or clean enough. For 50$ a night in Childress you can’t expect it to be nice/have the commodities you expect from a nicer chain.

Very happy we used Blake’s. We had them come out early spring to do their aeration package and get our yard ready to go. He was very quick to respond when setting up the appointment and they were done very quickly. Later on, we had them out to fertilize to get the yard to pop more. We noticed some lines in the yard were not fluffing as much as other parts of the yard and he offered to come out and put another bag out free of charge! And now our yard is looking great and completely weed-free. Very satisfied!

Blake's Landscaping did an awesome job on our lawn. It was basically all dirt and we now have new sod and a beautiful area around our flag pole. Would recommend them any day. A very hardworking bunch of guys.

Had them come out and redo some storage facility lots that needed some TLC and had some drainage issues. The difference is night and day. Highly recommend
